It is perfect for spot treatment on acne breakouts without stinging as far as my review is concerned maybe because it is alcohol-free. The toner does not tingle sensitive skin even though it contains astringent quality ingredients.

This Korean toner is also free from parabens, sulphates and phthalates, all of which can irritate the skin and clog pores. It is also the only toner that I’ve used so far that is able to really deep cleanse my skin. Just look at the amount of oil and dirt it could draw out on my cotton pad from the photo!
